Our Process In Finding And Selecting Information Technology People…
We
work with an extensive network of personal relationships with
IT people in the Puget Sound and Portland, OR area going back
28 - 30 years. We also use classified advertising and Internet
searches to find and screen qualified people. We represent those
who are actively looking for a position. We carefully screen
each person before forwarding him or her to you - we check references,
review work history, and complete a skill sheet. We then interview
each candidate to determine where his or her talents can best
be utilized. We review references, work history, skills, and each
person's goals and preferences. The skill sheet and our interview
notes are then loaded into our database. This database is searched
on multiple criteria, such as skills and certifications, when
we receive a requirement from a client company.

In
working with you, we begin by reviewing your business and Information
Technology environment, company culture, policies, and practices
in order to develop a thorough understanding of your general staffing
needs. We pay close attention to your specific staffing requirements.
We strive to match the right person with the right requirement.
This means we do not exaggerate skills, that we look carefully
at actual skills in light of your requirements, and that we keep
in mind both the customer's and the candidate's goals and preferences.

We
maintain long-term relationships with both our clients and our
IT associates and operate in an open, honest, and aboveboard manner
at all times. As a result, many of our clients and IT people are
personal friends as well as business acquaintances.
